Spring Term 2014
There were two AllNighters this term - a LOTR Extended Edition AllNighter and an AllNighter-themed around the films of Christopher Nolan. (500) Days of Summer was screened as a Valentine's Day-themed film in week 6. The success of The Wolf of Wall Street led to a bonus screening on Friday Week 10. The Movie Pub Quiz was held in the Mighty Duck in Week 3.

Summer Term 2014
The final Outdoor Screening took place, as the building work commenced on the fields the following term - Despicable Me was shown. The society shut down completely during the main exam period in weeks 5-8.

Autumn Term 2014
There was a general AllNighter (the mystery film was We're the Millers). The success of Gone Girl led to a bonus screening on Thursday Week 10. The society collaborated with a group of student filmmakers to hold a showcase launching their production company, which took place on Wednesday Week 5.

Other
- Alex Pointon and Thomas Purchas served their second years on exec.
- The roles of Events and Socials Coordinator and Chief Editor were created on exec, making Bonita Chung and Chloë Pugh their originators.
- At the SU's Societies Awards, the society was nominated for Best Film and Media Society, and James McLachlan won an award for Outstanding Contribution.
- The Spring term only had doubles on Saturdays - from Summer, double screenings were held on Fridays and Saturdays.
