Here is a list of the IT resources available to users and briefly how to access them.

wiki
https://wiki.warwick.film/ User generated pages. Useful for online collaboration. eg. Creation of a projection manual - all users can contribute new pages or edit existing ones so that one person doesn't have to do all the work.
The wiki is designed for everybody to contribute to, so please feel free to add or edit pages

Anybody with an ssh account has an email address <username>@filmsoc.warwick.ac.uk- Follow the steps here to send email from your exec email address.

People with permission can send emails to anybody who has given permission to the union for their email address to be passed onto WSC.
SSH
The WSC SSH Portal can be accessed by connecting to warwick.film via SSH on port 22. From there, SSH can be used to access other WSC machines.
Version Control
Currently using bzr. See Using Bazaar for more info.

- Speak to the IT Officer to get access to GitLab.
Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)
RDP allows you to remotely connect to Windows computers, and has been configured at WSC. The RDP gateway is remote.filmsoc.warwick.ac.uk, and is configured on Dynamic, so all connections are made through that.
