Easter 2007

This page is intended to organise technical team work to be done over the Easter Vacation 2007. Please feel free to edit it or contribute to it as you see fit. A suggestion would be to include an approximate schedule of work once availability is known.

• Nick - All of vacation subject to work and a few days away.
• Matt - All vacation, except for a few days over Easter.
• Tom - All of vacation subject to work and a few days away.

Work To Carry Out

• Centre Speaker Maintenance. To include checking (and possibly replacing) all wiring / connections and consider painting. Suitable paint has now be bought.
• Platter safety Complete purchase and install platter tension break safety. Should be a simple install.
• Lamphouse vent Complete purchase of and install new lamphouse vent for P1. Oil and lubricate motor on P2 lamphouse.
• Lamp Maintenence Rotate lamps in both lamphouses and see if we can align flames more centrally.
• Data Projector Mounting Permanantly mount the data projector using the mounting brackets that have been identified and need to be purchased.
• Run in new gates New backplates and runners will take some time to run in. These should have been ordered by now - Tom ?????

Availability of L3

L3 does not currently have many bookings for the Easter Vacation. This page will be updated at regular intervals, and a sheet posted on the corridor noticeboard.
