The AllNighter is WSC's flagship event, and one not to be missed. It's a night of great films and interval entertainment (including a film quiz and raffle with the chance to win hundreds of pounds' worth of prizes), creating an atmosphere second to none! Tickets will be on sale before films during Week 7 and at the event itself. Tickets sold on the door will be on a first come, first served basis so buy early to avoid disappointment! |

Introduction
The Autumn AllNighter of 2016 was held on Friday Week 7 - doors open 7:30pm
The AllNighter is WSC's flagship event, and one not to be missed. It's a night of great films and interval entertainment (including a film quiz and raffle with the chance to win hundreds of pounds' worth of prizes), creating an atmosphere second to none! Tickets will be on sale before films during Week 7 and at the event itself. Tickets sold on the door will be on a first come, first served basis so buy early to avoid disappointment!
Finding Dory
After 13 years, Ellen Degeneres returns as our favourite Blue Tang, Dory. Set a year after the events of Finding Nemo, Dory embarks on a quest to find her long-lost parents. With the help of old friends and new (including a short-sighted whale shark), Dory, Marlin and Nemo must once again voyage across the ocean in search of family. The only moments of the film that don’t cause you to roar with laughter are the ones where you are weeping uncontrollably or squealing over baby Dory. With every new film they release, Pixar pushes the boundaries of animation excellence, and this film is no exception. With breathtakingly beautiful settings and vivacious characters, Pixar reminds us of the splendour of a true cinema experience.
10 Things I Hate About You
A 90s classic, 10 Things I Hate About You is based upon Shakespeare’s Taming of the Shrew. Joseph Gordon-Levitt stars as Cameron, a new student at Padua High School, who wants nothing else than to date Bianca Stratford. But this comes with a catch; Bianca can only date when her older sister Kat (Julia Stiles) does. However, Kat has no interest in dating anyone. In a desperate attempt, Cameron hires bad-boy Patrick (Heath Ledger) to take Kat out. Despite cheesy dialogue and random musical numbers, this film never fails to make you laugh and cringe at the awful fashion choices. Honestly, who doesn’t love Ledger’s rendition of “Can’t My Eyes Of You”?
Back to the Future
Great Scott! Set in 1985, Back to the Future centres around 17 year-old Marty Mcfly (Michael J. Fox) and his wacky friend, inventor Dr. Emmet “Doc” Brown (Christopher Lloyd). Marty discovers Doc has built a time machine out of a DeLorean and as expected, time travelling mayhem ensues. Doc and Marty travel 30 years into the past to the 50s where Marty quickly (at the speed of getting hit by a car) runs into his teenage parents. He must ensure his parents get their first kiss otherwise he risks never being conceived or accidently becoming his own father. This classic should be well ingrained in the minds of everyone over 5, and if it isn’t (shame on you). The Allnighter is the perfect atmosphere to dive into this world of engaging characters and outstanding film-making.
The Mystery Film
What could it be?
Jason Bourne
"He’s back! Matt Damon reprises his role once again in this long-awaited follow up to the original Bourne Trilogy. Set 10 years after Bourne Ultimatum, the former CIA Treadstone assassin is now making a living for himself taking part in illegal fighting rings around the globe. When Nicki Parsons, his former colleague in Treadstone, hacks into the CIA finding new files on the beginnings of the programme and informs Bourne, the CIA are alerted and being their chase on the pair, tracking them to Greece. Stunning chase scenes (and more vehicles down stairs), intense fights and more mystery from the man on the run - Jason Bourne is a fitting next instalment to the already stellar Bourne series."
Bad Neighbours 2
Mac and Kelly Radner (Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne) have a baby on the way, and want to sell their house. The girls of Kappa Nu move in next door, and place the sale under threat – in desperation, the Radners turn to old enemy Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron) for help in getting the wild sorority off the block. Neighbours 2 is low-key, crass and stupid fun boasting an unusually good performance from Zac Efron, and it is guaranteed to have you chuckling throughout.
